Daily

Monitor your website to make sure it is functioning properly
Backup the site, including the website and database
Scan your site for malware and viruses
Monitor your domain names and DNS to ensure your site is available

Monthly

Update WordPress and supported plug-in software
Perform “Website Health Check,” including performance test & broken-link check

Ongoing

Ongoing meetings to review your updated Website Roadmap – We will prepare a prioritized recommendations report, and review it with you along with a discussion about your marketing objectives, updating the plan as we go.

For All Additional Requested Work / Projects

Once we are set up and your site is under management, you can request design and development work to be performed by contacting your Web Services Manager. You will be provided with a cost estimate and schedule for approval.
